Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, printers, and networking equipment.
- Handle networking switch repair, configuration, diagnosis, and assembly/disassembly.
- Deliver in-warranty and/or out-of-warranty support as required.
- Communicate effectively with principals and ensure clear and precise communication with customers in both written and verbal forms.
- Maintain repair records in ERP systems or designated principal software.
- Prepare detailed reports using MS Office tools.
- Process warranty and replacement procedures for retailer and corporate customers.
- Accurately identify malfunctions and coordinate with the Technical Support Team to develop solutions.
- Ensure high standards of performance, quality, and responsiveness for serviced items.
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure proper servicing of products.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve product-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure all service activities, documentation, and data handling practices comply with relevant ISO standards and ISMS policies to maintain operational integrity and data security.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Diploma In Electronics/Computer (Exp. Candidate may negotiate).
- Position: Engineer/Senior Engineer (Based on experience)
- 1-2 years of practical experience in troubleshooting and repairing IT hardware, including laptops, desktops, printers, and networking devices.
Additional Requirements:
- Interactive flat panel service & Support Experience (1-2 years Exp.)
- Security surveillance Items service & support (CCTV, NRV, DRV)
- Projector service & support.
- Experience with various type of Windows Operating system.
