Technical Specialist

Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, printers, and networking equipment.
  2. Handle networking switch repair, configuration, diagnosis, and assembly/disassembly.
  3. Deliver in-warranty and/or out-of-warranty support as required.
  4. Communicate effectively with principals and ensure clear and precise communication with customers in both written and verbal forms.
  5. Maintain repair records in ERP systems or designated principal software.
  6. Prepare detailed reports using MS Office tools.
  7. Process warranty and replacement procedures for retailer and corporate customers.
  8. Accurately identify malfunctions and coordinate with the Technical Support Team to develop solutions.
  9. Ensure high standards of performance, quality, and responsiveness for serviced items.
  10. Collaborate with support teams to ensure proper servicing of products.
  11. Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve product-related issues efficiently.
  12. Ensure all service activities, documentation, and data handling practices comply with relevant ISO standards and ISMS policies to maintain operational integrity and data security.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma In Electronics/Computer (Exp. Candidate may negotiate).
  • Position: Engineer/Senior Engineer (Based on experience)
  • 1-2 years of practical experience in troubleshooting and repairing IT hardware, including laptops, desktops, printers, and networking devices.

Additional Requirements:

  1. Interactive flat panel service & Support Experience (1-2 years Exp.)
  2. Security surveillance Items service & support (CCTV, NRV, DRV)
  3. Projector service & support.
  4. Experience with various type of Windows Operating system.
