Key Account Manager, Corporate Sales

About this job: As a Key Account Manager – Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our corporate clients. You will act as the primary liaison between 1000FiX Services Ltd. and our corporate accounts, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of after-sales services, corporate customer needs, and a strong ability to maintain long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their needs and ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and client satisfaction goals.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored after-sales solutions, including maintenance, repair, and service packages for IT products and home appliances.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through regular communication, troubleshooting, and service optimization.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare detailed reports on account activity, and forecast revenue for the corporate sales department.
  • Handle contract renewals, pricing discussions, and agreements to ensure mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and corporate client demands to inform strategy and service offerings.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduation/Post-Graduation in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in key account management or corporate sales, preferably in the IT services or after-sales service industry.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing and growing corporate accounts.
  • Strong understanding of after-sales service processes, including repair and maintenance for IT products and home appliances.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
