We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Executive to manage and oversee inventory day to day works efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, optimal inventory levels, and smooth coordination between procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to support overall business operations. The successful candidate will help maintain the stability, accuracy, and efficiency of inventory systems, ensuring timely replenishment, and supporting organizational growth through effective inventory management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day inventory activities, including product/spare parts/materials receipt, stock issue, and record maintenance.
- Organize efficient product delivery and maintain receipts.
- Ensure proper storage of products and materials in coordination with authorized departments.
- Submit weekly and monthly delivery and stock reports to the reporting manager.
- Maintain product delivery challans, bills, vouchers, and bin cards.
- Manage inventory operations effectively, especially under pressure.
- Ensure adequate record-keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Ensure that all inventory processes and documentation comply with relevant ISO and ISMS standards, maintaining accuracy, data integrity, and audit readiness.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma Degree or Graduation in SCM, CSE, EEE, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Professional certifications in inventory management or supply chain management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) will get preference.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Educational qualifications may be relaxed for priority candidates with relevant experience
Additional Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Technical expertise in ERP software or other inventory management systems.
- Proven experience in store management, particularly within home appliance sales and distribution companies or retail environments.
- Strong analytical skills, technical proficiency and the ability to think strategically.
