Job Location: Chattogram, Khulna, Sylhet
The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing corporate accounts, and driving revenue through B2B and institutional sales channels within the assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate clients through direct sales, cold calls, meetings, and business opportunities (Banks, hospitals, hotels, factories, SMEs, etc.)
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate customers and channel partner.
- Promote company after-sales service solutions to corporate customers and channel partner.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, service agreements, and contracts.
- Conduct corporate client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects.
- Maintain CRM and update client and sales records regularly.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Ensure proper collection of payments from corporate clients and channel partner.
- Maintain professional relationships to ensure long-term client retention.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
- MBA will be considered an advantage
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales
- Experience in service, IT, telecom, or solution-based sales will be preferred
Additional Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good understanding of corporate sales cycle and documentation
- Must have a professional and positive attitude
- Experience in IT, electronics, or service industry sales will be an advantage
