Team Leader, Appliance Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all service requests are handled smoothly and in a timely manner.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service team.
- Ensure engineers/technicians are assigned appropriate tasks and resources.
- Assign engineers/technicians to service requests based on expertise, availability, and service requirements.
- Track and monitor team performance.
- Ensure service requests are completed within timelines and standards.
- Prepare comprehensive service performance reports.
- Ensure service data is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
- Provide guidance and support to engineers/technicians.
- Ensure continuous improvement of technical and customer service skills.
- Handle escalated service issues and ensure timely resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ensure services meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct quality checks and provide feedback for improvements.
- Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed during service operations.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of appliance servicing and repair procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using ERP and MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Hardworking and dedicated approach to meeting deadlines and handling high-pressure situations.
