Service Overview
When a washing machine starts behaving unpredictably — failing to spin properly, making strange noises, not draining, or tripping the power — it is usually best to have a proper diagnostic checkup before paying for any parts or repairs. Our technician carries out a complete inspection of the machine's electrical components, such as the wiring, control board, and motor, as well as the mechanical parts including the drum bearings, belt, and water systems. Based on what is found, you will receive clear, practical recommendations on what repair work is actually needed, along with an estimate of the associated cost, so that you can make an informed decision. This checkup service does not include the cost of any parts or repair labor beyond the diagnosis itself.
