Terms of Service

Service Charge includes Labor cost and excludes the costing of Spare parts and additional efforts.
Units are repaired after being quoted according to the servicing requirements upon customer approval.
Prices quoted are VAT exclusive or inclusive as per client’s requirements.
Service charge will be applicable upon product receive. If customer wants to refuse the service after product receive and quoting,service charge will be applicable.
Spare part warranty period is 1 (One) month
In the case of Spare parts need to be procured, repairs will only start once the Customer acceptance has been received according to our committed time frame.
We reserve the right to re-quote the service changes due to circumstances beyond our control (Pound / Dollar/ Euro rate fluctuations, additional faults encountered, Spare part price change, etc.).
Service warranty will be considered as void if Warranty Sticker is removed or any kinds of physical damage is done.
We are not liable for any kinds of Data loss / distortion or Software Recovery issue during a repairing process.
No Application software will be loaded without an authentic customer’s license or acknowledgement.
Service and Spare parts warranty will not cover any kinds of physical or external damage.
We are not responsible for any consequential damage or loss due to courier /shipment / transportation / fire / water / electrical short circuit and other related issues.
We accept payment in form of Cash, Cheque’s, bank transfer, mobile financial services and cards (selected banks) only.
After servicing, If the repaired product is not collected within 20 days by customer, then We will not be liable for any kinds of issues related to that product
Serviced product is only released on presence of Original Customer Receipt.
Service charge will be applicable if repair is not possible due to not repairable condition and unavailability of spare parts.
Availability and pricing of all items are subject to availability. 1000 Fix Services Ltd. will inform you as soon as possible, if the product(s) and services you have ordered are not available.
All prices are subject to change without notification. If any price is different from that displayed we will inform you before dispatching the order and you will have the option of continuing with the order or not.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us by informing you with proper reason.
As a visitor or a customer, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate account information for all purchases made at our store

(h) To collect or track the personal information of others.

(i) To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider crawl, or scrape.

(j) For any obscene or immoral purpose.

(k) To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.

(l) Fake orders of any kind are not accepted and customers need to choose the method of payments as per company policy in order to receive deliveries of the products. Example: Customers not receiving an order after confirming it intentionally will be counted as a fake order.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be free from error obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
