What is Excluded

To ensure full transparency, please note that the standard CCTV service does not cover the following unless specifically purchased as an add-on:

• Major Structural Modifications: Breaking through load-bearing walls or extensive civil works required to hide cabling.

• Cloud Storage Subscriptions: We do not provide long-term cloud backup subscriptions unless a specific enterprise package is purchased.

• Data Recovery on Failed Drives: Extracting old footage from severely damaged or corrupted surveillance hard drives.
