Our service accurately diagnoses the source of your AC's water leakage and repairs the drainage system to resolve the dripping. Any additional materials or spare parts required will be charged separately.

AC Basic Servicing: Ideal for routine maintenance. This covers primary diagnostics, air filter cleaning, and system testing by a qualified engineer to keep your cooling consistent.
AC Master Service: A deep, meticulous cleaning of both indoor and outdoor units. This includes minor on-site adjustments (excluding replacement parts). Service charges may scale based on the unit's capacity, weight, and installation accessibility.
AC Water Drop Solution: Targeted troubleshooting to locate the exact source of indoor water dripping. Our engineers will clear and repair the drainage system accordingly. (Additional materials or parts, if required, will be billed separately).
AC Jet Wash: An intensive deep clean using industrial-grade Jet Wash machines for both indoor and outdoor components. This removes stubborn grime, includes minor problem-fixing, and significantly boosts airflow. Service charges scale based on unit specifications.
AC Service Repairing: Comprehensive repair solutions for all types of AC-related faults. Our engineers diagnose and replace faulty components to restore your unit to peak operating condition.
Special Corporate Ac Service: Designed for extensive corporate spaces and warehouses. We assign a dedicated Key Account Manager to oversee your facility's massive cooling requirements, ensuring zero downtime for your business operations.
What is Excluded?
Please note that the base service charge covers the labor and expertise of our engineers. The following are not included:
Cost of any replacement parts or new materials.
Transportation or logistical costs for carrying new materials/parts.
Claims regarding the manufacturer’s original warranty.
Hanging Charge: A standard fee of BDT 400 applies for outdoor unit work up to the 8th floor (if applicable). An additional BDT 400 will be added for units located above the 8th floor.

Pricing & Payment Terms
You are only required to pay the standard service charge, plus the cost of any approved materials or replacement parts used during the repair. An initial visiting/inspection fee applies if an engineer diagnoses the issue but no actual service or repair is availed.
Upon the successful completion of the service, you will receive a confirmation text message on your mobile from 1000FiX. Payments can be securely made via Online gateways or Cash on Delivery.
Liability
1000FiX Services Ltd. will not be liable for any pre-existing issues or potential risks reported by the engineer but not handled due to the customer’s refusal to repair.
