Laptop Rental Terms & Conditions

Standard Terms and Conditions:

  1. Rental products will be delivered by 1000FiX Services Limited or customer can collect from 1000FiX Service Center after necessary verifications and fulfillment of rental laptop service terms and conditions.
  2. Following documents have to be submitted:
  • Trade License copy
  • Owner/Management NID copy
  • Security Cheque in favor of 1000FiX Services Limited with full period of rental fee (without mentioning date)
  • Agreement on 300 Taka non judicial stamp.
  1. First month’s rental fee has to be paid on the time of delivery and from the next month rental fee of each month should be cleared within 7th day of the following month.
  2. Minimum rental period is 6 months.
  3. If renter fails to pay the rental fee for consecutively 3 months, the submitted security cheque will be claimed at that time.
  4. You must exercise all due care of the equipment to prevent loss or damage during the period of your rent.
  5. Renter will return rental products to 1000FiX Services Limited on the Return date, in the same condition as Renter received it.
  6. You are requested to use authorized accessories only.
  7. It is Renter’s sole responsibility to ensure that its personal data, information and files are saved and/or transferred to another device prior to the return of the Rental Equipment/devices. All files on the hard drive will be deleted once the Laptop/Desktop Computer/Monitor is returned and cannot be recovered.
  8. In addition to the Rental Fees, 1000FiX Services Limited reserves the right to charge the following fees: – Replacement & Administrative fees: if Rental Equipment is not returned, the Renter will incur fees equivalent to fair market value of replacement equipment and a reasonable administrative fee related to its procurement.
  9. You are requested to take reasonable and prudent precautions to protect the rental unit against damage, loss, or abuse while in your care, custody, and control.
  10. If the rental unit is damaged, you must notify 1000FiX Services Limited immediately. Only 1000FiX Services Limited may repair the rental unit. You will be held responsible for repair or replacement costs if the rental unit is damaged while on rental.
  11. In the event of loss due to theft, you must report the missing items as soon as possible to 1000FiX Services Limited, and provide a Police FIR Number once it has been reported stolen.
  12. In case of lost or stolen, renter will incur fees equivalent to fair market value of the rented unit.
  13. Renter acknowledges that it has fully examined the Rental Equipment, and except as otherwise specified in the Rental Assessment, appended hereto, Renter is satisfied with and has accepted the Rental Equipment/devices in good condition.
  14. If rented Laptop/Desktop Computer/Monitor not returned within 7 days from expected return date, the charges would be entitled for next month.
  15. The renter agrees not to permit the Equipment/devices to be used in violation of any law, permit the Computer Equipment to be operated in a reckless or abusive manner, or tamper with any hardware within the Computer Equipment. The customer shall comply with all applicable copyright and other regulations regarding the software.
  16. If renter wishes to renew the duration, then they shall inform 1000FiX Services Limited least 7 days before expected return date.
  17. Failure to return the equipment on time may result in the equipment being reported as stolen to the Police and recovery procedures being invoked.
  18. 1000FiX Services Limited is the owner of the rental products.
  19. Payment method: Bank transfer / Cheque / MFS Payment / Cash
