Team Leader – Gigabyte

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the L3 Desktop/Laptop motherboard repair team.
  • Ensure daily repair tasks are completed efficiently and with high quality.
  • Track team performance, including repair turnaround time (TAT), quality of work, and repeat repair rates.
  • Identify gaps in repair processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Gigabyte vendors/principals for technical support, escalations, and updates.
  • Arrange or facilitate training sessions for the repair team based on vendor/principal inputs.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting of repair activities, issues, and resolutions.
  • Analyze repair data and generate reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Support inventory management related to L3 repairs (components, parts, tools).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment within the repair area.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field. (Can be relaxed for experienced candidates)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role/industry.

Additional requirements:

  • Strong understanding of motherboard components, L3-level repair standards, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience in vendor/principal communication and handling escalations.
  • Good reporting, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet service KPIs and deadlines.
