Service Engineer, Mobile Devices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices, including hardware and software issues.
  • Perform tests and quality checks on repaired devices to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Provide technical support for devices, including installation, configuration, and updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Document repairs, troubleshooting steps, and service reports accurately.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of mobile repair parts and tools.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to junior engineers, as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer technology or similar field.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in mobile device repair.


Additional Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of mobile hardware and software systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures.
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and software for mobile repairs.
  • Ability to work with all type of Level-2 & Level-3 diagnosis and repair independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to stay updated on the latest mobile technologies.
