Service Engineer, Mobile Devices
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices, including hardware and software issues.
- Perform tests and quality checks on repaired devices to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide technical support for devices, including installation, configuration, and updates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions.
- Document repairs, troubleshooting steps, and service reports accurately.
- Maintain an organized inventory of mobile repair parts and tools.
- Offer technical guidance and support to junior engineers, as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer technology or similar field.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in mobile device repair.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of mobile hardware and software systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and software for mobile repairs.
- Ability to work with all type of Level-2 & Level-3 diagnosis and repair independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest mobile technologies.
