HR & Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and leave data.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and company guidelines.
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and operational.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and training programs.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth administrative operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00. Students of reputed public/private universities will get preference.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR & Admin roles (Freshers with strong HR knowledge may be considered).
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and payroll procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expert in Bangla typing, preferably using Bijoy.
Location: Mirpur, Dhaka
Salary: Approximately BDT 20,000.
