Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and leave data.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and company guidelines.
  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized and operational.
  • Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and training programs.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth administrative operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00. Students of reputed public/private universities will get preference.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR & Admin roles (Freshers with strong HR knowledge may be considered).

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and payroll procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expert in Bangla typing, preferably using Bijoy.

Location: Mirpur, Dhaka

Salary: Approximately BDT 20,000.
