Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the customer through ticketing system and inquiries via phone calls.
  • Resolving customer complaints and queries.
  • Provide product details and service information to customers.
  • Taking feedback from the customers.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented individual.
  • Quick learner and exceptional ability to make decisions.
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
  • Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
  • Tidy and maintain the customer care area.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

Educational Requirements: Graduation/post-graduation from any discipline from reputed university

Experience Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience working as a Customer Support Executive or a similar position in the Customer Service department.
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Excellent Verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional personal presentation.
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficient in tracking customer sentiment and feedback.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Computer Literacy: Sound knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
