Executive, Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service partners to ensure a smooth supply chain process.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and order placements based on demand and supply requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of spare parts, tools, and equipment to different service locations.
• Travel frequently to vendor locations, warehouses, and service centers for procurement and logistics management.
• Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and deliveries.
• Monitor supply chain operations and identify areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize stock availability and reduce delays.
• Prepare reports on supply chain performance, procurement, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the supply chain field is required. However, freshers with supply chain knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel extensively.
• Candidates with their own motorbike will be preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Quick learner with an adaptive personality.

Location: Mirpur, Dhaka

Salary: Approximately BDT 20,000.
