Executive, Finance & Accounts
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining daily financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Organize and maintain VAT/tax documents and ensure accurate reporting.
- Handle MFS (Mobile Financial Services) and bank collections, ensuring proper reconciliation of accounts.
- Maintain liaison with banks to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams for financial data accuracy and reporting.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, and tax-related transactions in compliance with regulations.
- Assist in managing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Track and report on financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from reputed university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance and accounts.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage VAT/tax documents and bank collections efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally or ERP systems).
- Knowledge of taxation, VAT, and financial regulations in Bangladesh.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Quick learner with an adaptive personality.
