Engineer/Technician, Home Appliance Service

Responsibilities:

• Repair, install, and maintain home appliances in the field and home, including refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, dishwashers, dryers, water heaters, and ovens.
• Respond to assigned work orders in a timely fashion.
• Perform regular maintenance work on home appliances.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
• Adjust and calibrate equipment as necessary.
• Manage inventory of parts and components on assigned Service Truck.
• Participate in “on-call” rotation within the department, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School, SSC, HSC, Diploma, or GED.
• Previous technical/repair experience in home appliance products.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle physical workload.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Technical knowledge on ERP Software or any other store management software.
• Strong analytical, technical, and leadership ability, with the ability to work as a strategic thinker.

Workplace:

• Office and Field Work.

Salary:

BDT 13,000 to 18,000 (Based on experience & Expertise)
