Warranty Extension Terms

What to know before you request coverage

These terms apply to all Laptop & Desktop Warranty Extension plans above. Please review them alongside your selected plan and term.

  • On-site engineer support for desktops and laptops, where applicable
  • Pickup and delivery service, where applicable
  • Genuine spare parts replacement as per the selected warranty package
  • Technical support via phone and email
  • Preventive health check and basic maintenance
  • Hardware health check and basic performance optimization, where applicable
  • Software and application health check
  • Service support as per the applicable SLA
  • Response within 1 to 2 business hours through phone or email, excluding weekends and public holidays
  • Regular service cases targeted for resolution within 3 to 5 working days
  • Urgent cases targeted for resolution within 72 hours
  • Physical or accidental damage, including cracked screens
  • Liquid or water damage
  • Fire, burn, electrical surge, or lightning damage
  • Theft, loss, or damage caused by natural disasters
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
  • Products repaired or modified by unauthorized service providers
  • Non-genuine or locally sourced spare parts
  • Consumable items unless specifically covered under the selected package
  • Software issues caused by viruses, malware, or user activities
  • Any condition that voids the original manufacturer warranty
  • Any fault, damage, or malfunction that existed before the Warranty Extension was activated
  • 100% advance payment is required before activation
  • Coverage starts only after full payment and successful technical inspection
  • All prices shown are exclusive of applicable Government VAT and AIT
  • VAT and AIT are charged as per the prevailing laws of Bangladesh
  • Every device must pass a pre-warranty inspection and technical diagnosis by 1000FiX certified engineers
  • Activation follows approval from the 1000FiX technical team
  • Any existing fault, defective component, unauthorized repair, or physical damage found at inspection must be repaired at the applicable charge before activation
  • 1000FiX reserves the right to decline coverage for devices that do not meet the required technical standards
  • Coverage applies only to faults occurring after the activation date, not to pre-existing defects
  • Genuine spare parts are used whenever available, subject to manufacturer or supplier stock
  • Replacement parts carry the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty
  • Service may be delivered at your premises or at a 1000FiX Service Center, depending on eligibility
  • Timelines may vary with diagnosis, spare parts availability, manufacturer support, and case complexity
  • Coverage becomes effective only after technical approval, agreement confirmation, and full payment
  • This offer is valid until the specified offer validity date
