1000FiX Annual Home Care is a full-year subscription package. Customers select appliance quantities, and the system automatically assigns 2 scheduled maintenance checkups per unit while enabling year-round emergency on-call repair support.

  • 2 guaranteed basic maintenance services per enrolled device per year.
  • Year-long on-demand call support whenever repair or troubleshooting is required.
  • Periodic operational health checks (filter cleaning, electrical load checks, general diagnostics).
  • Priority technician dispatch for sudden breakdowns.
  • Cost of spare parts, materials, and replacement components.
  • Refrigerant (gas) top-up and refilling charges.
  • Appliance relocation, uninstallation, or re-installation.
  • Major structural rebuilds or severe physical body damage repairs.
  • Plan is valid for exactly 365 days starting from the activation date.
  • The 2 scheduled basic services are fixed per device and expire at the end of the 1-year tenure if unutilized.
  • On-call repair visits are valid exclusively for the appliances registered under the package at the designated address.
  • 100% advance payment required upon package purchase/activation.
  • Any required spare parts or out-of-scope repair fees must be settled upon job completion.
