Job Responsibilities

  1. To troubleshoot laptop, desktop, printer, and networking items. Prefer all or any of the items.
  2. Motherboard repair quality will be treated as an advantage.
  3. Need to do either or both of in-warranty and out-of-warranty support.
  4. Communication with Principals.
  5. Communicate clearly and precisely with customers in written and verbal form.
  6. Keep repair records in ERP or in the Principal’s software.
  7. Report preparation in MS office is required.
  8. To check & perform warranty/replacement procedure of retailer & corporate customers
  9. Identify the actual malfunction and make the solution with discuss technical Support Team.
  10. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of service items.
  11. Collaborate with the Support team to ensure proper service of products.
  12. Work with members of the team and other departments/teams to resolve product issues.

1. Service Center Manager is overall responsible to ensure customer satisfaction by providing reliable, prompt, and friendly service.

2. This position will supervise a team and manage overall customer care center activities of a respective region.

3. Coordinate with all center functions (Front Executive, Technical Engineer, Accounts, Logistics, etc.) and reported to regions and head office both way smooth center operation.
